Booking information

In order to make your reservation definitive, please pay us the following amount as a deposit within 7 days from the date of booking:

For stays of 1 to 2 nights we ask for a deposit of 150.00 euro per room
For stays from 3 to 6 nights we ask for a deposit of 300.00 euro per room
or stays of 7 nights or more we ask for a deposit of 450.00 euro per room

You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or online on our website with your credit card under "Click to Pay".
If your arrival is within the next 7 days, we ask you to send us your credit card details so that we can pre-authorise the total amount.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained (even if you have stipulated the stay guarantee).

There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged, the deposit will be retained
For cancellations from 30 up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price of the stay
For cancellations from 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price of the stay
In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price for each day not used
In case of no show: 100% of the total price of the stay

Travel cancellation protection

A tourist tax per person and day (except for minors under 14 years) must be added to the indicated prices. This tax has to be paid on place.

Children over the age of 12 and adults receive a 10% reduction on the daily rate in an additional bed in a double room.

Children only admitted from 12 years of age.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC card, cheques and cash payment (except American Express). According to Italian law we can only accept cash up to a certain amount.

Packages and offers cannot be combined and are only valid if confirmed at the time of booking and for bookings made directly at the Hotel Santer. Subsequent changes are not possible.

General information

Arrival, departure and…

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. onwards. In case of arrival after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us, otherwise the booked rooms can no longer be secured.

On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11 a.m.
If the check-out will be before 7:30 a.m., we kindly ask to make the final payment the day before by 9:00 p.m. at the latest.

We also offer Late-check-out on request. For a surcharge of 100.00 euro per room on the day of departure, you can keep your room and use the wellness area until 7 p.m. (excluding high season).

SPA-Late-Check-Out: Alternatively, on the day of departure after checking out your room, you can only use our wellness area free of charge until 7 p.m.!

Outdoor parking is free for our guests. For a place in the garage we charge 10.00 Euro per day. As spaces are limited, please reserve in advance.

On reservation and request, we provide a garage space with a charging station for electric cars at an additional charge of 15.00 euro per day.

Room information

: Our rooms are equipped with bathrobes, towels and slippers, hairdryer, radio, telephone, satellite TV, safe and minibar (on request).
: We will of course reserve a room for you in your desired category, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee either the floor or the room number.

The photos of the rooms on our website are examples and may vary in reality.
: In accordance with Italian law and Provincial Decree No. 6 of 03/04/2006, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and public areas of Hotel Santer. A winter garden with a view of the Landro Valley is available for smokers.
: Not allowed.
