Our travel cancellation protection covers the holiday fee in the event that the client and his/her family members (spouse and children) are forced to cancel their stay for the following reasons:

Illness
Death of a family member
Accident
Disruption of roads, avalanches, floods or other natural disasters

To be eligible for travel protection and to be exempt from cancellation charges, the premium must be paid at least 14 days before the date of arrival and all above listed reasons for cancellation must be confirmed in writing (medical certificate, authority, police, etc.).
