Our cuisine is craftsmanship and authenticity. Our style? We do not like the concept of gourmet. We love old recipes, which we happily dusts off and reinterpret in our own way. Jürgen and the kitchen brigade are guided by tradition, gastronomic artistry and passion. They are convinced that the pleasure in the kitchen is to savours local dishes and ingredients. Only then is everything consistent.

Everything that can be prepared in an artisanal way is made by him: pasta, salami, cakes and much more are created by Jürgen himself. He also uses ingredients from short supply chains as far as possible. You will never find fish on your plate that comes from the other side of the world.
